Conference Registration Procedure

1. Registration will commence on November 25^th, 2025. To register, please have ready:
   • Your Visa/Master Credit/Debit card details; Please note that only these cards are accepted by the registration server; and
   • PaperCept ID of your accepted paper(s) you wish to upload after the registration fee(s) is/are paid for.
   • Your personal PaperCept PIN. If you do not have a PaperCept PIN or have forgotten your password, follow the following link to request a new PIN or update your contact information: https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl
2. Before you proceed with payment of the registration fees, you are strongly encouraged to read the Registration Policy Notes below.
3. Please pay your registration fee first. Then, the PaperCept will automatically enable an upload of the final version of your paper(s) as long as the correct registration fee amount is paid in full.
4. Please note that the final paper upload submission deadline is 21^st of December, 2025. Thus, please consider registering for the conference as early as from 25^th of November, 2025. Thank you for your co-operation.

Registration Policy Notes

1. A Paper Upload: The Conference Full Registration fee must be paid first to enable the upload of your accepted paper(s) as per details in tables above. If more than one of your papers is accepted, and if you are listed as the first co-author on each of them, you will then be granted with an opportunity to upload each your additional paper for specially reduced upload fee. Otherwise, a full registration fee must be paid for each additional paper for which you are not listed as its first co-author.
2. Page Limit: Submissions consisting of up to six pages are accepted. Additional two pages are permitted for an additional fee, as shown in the registration table above. This page limit (6+2 pages) is hard limit. Longer submissions will not be accepted. Note: The final paper submitted must be the same size as the initial paper submitted for review. The paper size should be specified prior the registration through the registration link.
3. No Conference Day Registration is available.
4. Registration & Payment Method: On-line registration & on-line credit/debit card payment is the only registration & payment method available. No internet banking nor EFT is available.
5. Attendee Only Registration: An attendee only registration does not allow the paper upload. This type of registration is open for students, professors, or others to attend the conference without a submitted paper. The Attendee Only Registration will be made available from 21^st of December, 2025.
6. Credit/Debit Card Types: Visa and Master Credit/Debit Cards will only be accepted.
7. A Pro Forma Receipt: A confirmation of your Registration payment, will be made available for the download from PaperCept at the end of the registration fee payment process.
8. Registration Fee Details: All registration fees are listed in American dollars (USD)
9. Paper upload to PaperCept: After you complete your registration process in full, the upload your paper(s) to PaperCept will be automatically enabled. You must upload the final version of each of your paper by 21^st of December, 2025.
10. No-show Papers: Papers that are not presented at the conference are very disruptive to a conference program. Any accepted paper that is not presented at this conference personally is at risk of not being published in the conference proceedings. If the primary paper author is unable to attend, please arrange a co-author or other colleague to present the paper.

Special Session (Poster) Paper Registration Inclusions

• Special Session (Poster) Paper Registration:
  • Upload of accepted special session paper to PaperCept (1 paper only)
  • Link to the downloadable Conference Proceedings including pdf files of all conference papers will be available
  • On-Site attendance at all Conference sessions
  • Farewell and Panel Session attendance
  • Morning and Afternoon Refreshments on each Conference Day
  • Lunch on each Conference Day

Note: All the accepted special session (poster) papers should be presented on-site, no presentations will be conducted online.

Special Session (Poster) Paper Registration Fees

All registration fees are listed in American Dollars (USD). Online attendance is not available. Live streaming and/or video streaming of conference and workshop sessions will not be available. Note that this registration fees is only applicable for the special session papers authors. There exist a specially discounted rate if the first author (presenter) of the special session paper is a student (undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD). A student proof (e.g. letter from the supervisor/university, etc.) should be sent to IEEE FISTS 2026 Financial Chair, Dalia M. Mahfouz, via dalia.mahfoz@guc.edu.eg  or finance2026@ieee-fists.org to guarantee the discount.

Special Session (Poster) Paper Registration Procedure

1. Special session (poster) paper registration will commence on January 7^th, 2026. To register, please have ready:
   • Your Visa/Master Credit/Debit card details; Please note that only these cards are accepted by the registration server; and
   • PaperCept ID of your accepted paper(s) you wish to upload after the special session (poster) paper registration fee(s) is/are paid for.

Special Session (Poster) Paper Registration Policy Notes

Refund Policy

Any cancellation is associated with significant costs to the conference organizers and might conflict with the paper submission policy. For these reasons, following fees and rules will apply for any cancellation of the registration, or any other items, purchased through the FISTS 2026 On-Line Registration Fee Payment Process:

• Registration payments are considered final. However, participants may request a refund within 14 days of the original payment date, provided that the request is submitted no later than 1^st of January, 2026.
• All approved refunds will incur a $50 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• No registration paid on, or after 1^st of January, 2026, is refundable under any circumstances.
• Note that any granted refund is subject to this Cancellation Policy.
