Information For Authors

Authors should follow the IEEE conference paper submission guidelines. All submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. Manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and authors must present their work at the event. Detailed submission instructions can be found on the conference website.

Review Guidelines

All submissions will be evaluated by a peers of associate editors and reviewers based on technical quality, innovation, and contribution to the field. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive feedback to authors. Detailed review criteria will be shared upon submission. Authors should address reviewer comments to improve the quality of their work.

Paper Award Nomination

We recognize outstanding papers with the Paper Award, which will be presented at the conference. Nominations are based on the paper’s impact, quality, and contribution to the advancement of intelligent transportation systems. Authors of nominated papers will be notified in advance.
