Call for Special Sessions (Poster) Papers
We invite authors to submit 4-page short papers to the Special Sessions Track. This track offers an excellent platform for authors and students to showcase innovative ideas and early-stage research related to sustainable and intelligent transportation systems.
Submitted papers must fall under one of the three approved themes, reflecting the conference’s mission to advance sustainable, intelligent, and climate-resilient mobility systems.
- Climate-Resilient ITS and Sustainable Transportation Planning (Code: 8h5bz)
Research addressing climate adaptation, resilience, environmental modeling, and sustainable planning solutions using ITS technologies (READ MORE). - AI-Driven Foundational Models for Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility (Code: hm58s)
Innovative AI models, algorithms, and data-driven foundations advancing sustainable, intelligent, and environmentally efficient mobility systems (READ MORE). - Multimodal Eco-Mobility: Shared, Automated, and Connected Systems (Code: 7p4ct)
Advances in mode integration, automation, shared mobility, network optimization, and environmentally friendly multimodal transport (READ MORE).
Submission Guidelines
- Maximum 4 pages, IEEE format
- All papers undergo peer review
- Accepted papers will be presented in the Poster Session
- Oral Presentations will be granted for top ranked papers
- Special registration rates will be granted if the first author (presenter) is a student (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD)
Complete manuscripts in PDF format must be electronically submitted for peer review in IEEE standard format (exactly 4 pages, double column).
